The Instant Creature
The instant creature took his ear from the wall,
"It's quiet now, not a sound at all.
I don't know, I smell something in the air.
I'm getting bad vibes from everywhere."
All of a sudden, there came such a storm,
It was all the creature could do to stay warm.
He floated down the stream to his farm.
Took shelter beneath a tin roof from the harm,
That brought his senses to great alarm.
"Good gosh, what a wash!"
In my head, I see the water slosh!"
So, the rain, it poured,
And the eagle soared,
And the cherubim roared,
And the creature, he became bored.
